Florida RV lemon law

Florida covers the self-propelled chassis side of a motor home under Chapter 681, with RV-specific numbers everywhere: a 60-day out-of-service presumption (not 30), a 60,000 offset divisor (not 120,000), a 45-day final-attempt period after the §681.104 notice, and a dedicated RV Mediation and Arbitration Program for disputes.

Florida RV numbers

  • After the numbers: §681.104 notice by registered or express mail; manufacturer's final attempt runs 45 days total for RVs.
  • Deduction: base price × miles ÷ 60,000.
